This is not just a brand. It is what happened when two women in midlife refused to shrink.

We are Chris and Alli. Two women in midlife who gave everything to corporate careers for decades and then, in 2025, found ourselves standing at a crossroads we did not choose.

It felt like being left behind by a world we had helped build.

But somewhere in that stillness, in the space between who we were and who we were becoming, we found something we had both felt for a long time without having the words for it.

Women like us were not being represented. Not in the brands we wore. Not in the conversations happening around us. Not in the imagery, the messaging, or the movements being built. We were here, capable, complex, opinionated, powerful, and somehow still invisible.

So we built something.

Don’t Shrink. GET STRONG.™ was our beginning. Created for women and rooted in the belief that the world doesn’t need a smaller version of you, it gave a name to everything we had been feeling.

But somewhere along the way, something else began to take shape.

We found ourselves just as obsessed with how a sweatshirt felt as what it said. The weight of the fleece. The fit of a pair of pants. The details that made something feel special. The pieces we kept reaching for because they were simply that good.

That became Chris + Alli.
