Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Because our pieces are made to order, we begin processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us immediately at cs@dontshrinkgetstrong.com and we will do everything we can to help before your order enters production.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, check your spam folder or contact us at cs@dontshrinkgetstrong.com.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most US orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Canadian orders may take longer depending on customs processing and carrier timelines. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns, exchanges, or store credit for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

For a return, we’ll refund the eligible item to your original payment method. Exchanges can be made for a different size or an item of equal or lesser value. If your replacement costs less, we’ll issue the difference as store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns and exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, has a printing or quality issue, or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cs@dontshrinkgetstrong.com. Include your order number and clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Final-sale items are not eligible for a standard return, exchange, or store credit. If a final-sale item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as described above.

What if I’m unsure about sizing or fit?

You’ll find fit, fabric, and sizing information on each product page. Styles can fit differently, so we recommend checking the details for the piece you’re considering.

What are your garments made of?

Our pieces are made from a variety of high-quality fabrics and blends depending on the garment and style. Because each piece is different, specific fabric composition, weight, fit, and other garment details can be found on the individual product page.

How do I care for my garment?

Care instructions may vary by garment. Please refer to the care information provided on the individual product page or garment label for the best way to care for your piece.

As a general rule, washing printed garments inside out in cold water and avoiding direct heat on the print can help preserve both the garment and design.
